The immoral is an inexpensive, easy-to-use device that mills wax, PU foam, soft woods and plastic materials commonly used by model building hobbyists and Do-It-Yourselfers.
Use the iModela to mill 3D designs, to drill holes, and to engrave shapes. The modified spindle motor* supports various milling tools that are available in do-it-yourself stores and shops for modelling hobbyists. You can also easily assemble and operate the unit yourself. *The spindle motor is a FA-130 motor
Roland DG developed the iModela on the basis of more than 25 years of experience in the development and production of milling machines. You can also use the device in combination with the professional CAM software MODELA Player 4, created by Roland DG. You can download it from the iModela website. With the software, you can mill using 3D files that you have created, or downloaded from various websites.
iModela users worldwide are invited to a special website to share their ideas and experiences, to download free samples , and to view product information. You will also find maintenance tips and descriptions of production processes. There are direct links to Facebook, YouTube and Twitter, where projects and techniques are shared.
iModela is supplied with the iModela Creator 3D software. The intuitive menus and icons allow you to create designs very easily. You will quickly find your way around the software even if you have no experience with designing and milling.
