The METAZA MPX-90 makes permanent inscriptions on metal objects and does this quickly and extremely precisely. The unit "hammers" logos, texts and photos with a diamond-tipped stylus on identification plates, silverware, jewelry and watches, for example.
The device uses the unique impact method. Thus the MPX-90 hammers a text or an image onto the material and without removing any valuable material. Daily cleaning is not required since no waste is produced.
The METAZA MPX-90 adds a personal touch to souvenirs, gifts and jewellery. The unit can make highly detailed inscriptions on flat as well as curved surfaces. You can therefore cheaply and easily personalise watches, pendants, pins, cufflinks, jewellery boxes and key chains among others.
The MPX-90 is ideally suited for industrial applications such as the production of nameplates and serial number plates. The included software helps you quickly print a range of variable data, such as sequential serial numbers.
The MPX-90 has a working area of 80 to 80mm (with a thickness of up to 40mm). The work table can accommodate objects of almost any length. The unit also comes with a clamping system that can clamp pens and other objects.
